Hi all.

I've just modded with UK PAL SNES using a guide on mmonkey.co.uk
I've done the region lock and 50/60hz switch.

The region lock works fine. But I'm having trouble running the machine at 60hz

Here's an example. At 50hz.

And at 60hz.

I know my camera's kinda crappy, but you can really see the issue around the Timer marker, it seems very "jaggy", the problem seems less pronounced when the screen is scrolling.

Can anyone help? I'm not using any kind of upscaler, I plug it into my LCD TV through RGB SCART.

these consoles are best used via crt tvs.

well at 60hz the screens refreshing faster and your tv may be picking it up at different intervals making the interlacing more pronounced.

Is it possible that your TV is switching to composite video at 60hz? The SNES SCART cables that I've seen have Composite video tied in to both Sync and Composite video SCART pins. Most other SCART cables are not like this and are only wired for RGB with composite-on-sync.
