NES Advantage or SMS Control Stick Mod?

Does anyone know how to mod either of these joysticks to work on an Atari 7800 or a Colecovision? Are there any guides? Searched and can't find any. Thanks for any help with this!

Using the SMS Control Stick would be easier than the NES Advantage due to at least having the same wire connector. Here is a vid to mod a Sega Genesis controller to work on Colecovision:

If you apply the same principles, I'm sure it could be done. I recently modded an NES controller to work on Coleco, but I don't know if Coleco and 7800 are compatible.

Should read and instead of or. Does anyone have a guide or know's how I do something like this?
