I'm looking for a physical copy. Not interested in having it tied to a single 3DS. Digital media can suck it, especially Nintendo's idiotic way of doing things.

Yeah, he ignored my pm but did respond to my post on his thread with a simple "nop". I even posted a wtb thread there but no dice. I apparently ruffled a few feathers with my opinions. That place is funny. They report people selling repros on ebay/craigslist but looking through their forums, it's riddled with people selling repros of EVERYTHING, carts, manuals, etc. I guess it's some kind of secret society you have to be a part of or you get mob-hated on?

They're the hiroshima of hypocrisy there. It's fine to sell warez there and inquire about it, but once it hits ebay, time to pull out the bombs and start throwing them. I never understood that. Same with opinions it's worse really. If you aren't part of the hive mind, they'll make it subtly uncomfortable and if that fails, more directly and then just an excuse to use the boot. One of those I told ya so things. It's no secret and it's quite open that you're either for or against or you have enough restraint to keep it to yourself and let them roll over others and be left alone.
