ebay charges 0.30$ for videogames now?

I noticed no matter what and how i am trying to list i am charged 0.30$
It looks like they dropped down free listings from 50 to 20 per month and forcing people to open stores?
Am i correct here?

Wonder what should i do now. List all as good till cancelled or what? I have around 12-13 listings that i kept relisting every 7 day but now it's all over

I've stuck to 30 day Buy It Now listings and found good luck with those. I require immediate payment, ship only inside the US, and don't let people with bad marks on their records buy through preferences.
