I'm going to have to go for the obvious answer and say You Don't Know Jack (hey, it was made into a TV show, it counts). I find that a lot of licensed game show games tend to suck, possibly due to a limited question pool (admittedly YDKJ suffers from this as well) or developers who simply don't give a shit. the Countdown (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Countdown_%28game_show%29) games on the Wii and the DS has such agonisingly obvious flaws it was painful, especially compared to the brilliant fan-made online game Apterous (http://www.apterous.org/index.php), which has been going strong for seven years now.

The DS versions of Jeopardy and Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? are both pretty good.

I'm not really a fan of game shows or the games on gaming systems but having said that, there's been times my wife and I have played versions of wheel of fortune that was kind of enjoyable. I remember buying one for the N64 out of the bargain bin back in the early 2000's which wasn't too bad.

Hah Smash TV. I was taking the question more literally as converted actual game shows when I thought this up (or that would be the best answer or if not that the Billion Dollar Gameshow pinball table in 21st Century's Pinball Fantasies package.)
Wheel of Fortune, VGA graphics version for MSDOS (5 I think or 6.XX.) I somehow ended up with it back in the day and I remember playing it fairly steadily for awhile. My mom back then always had it and Jeopardy on in the evening during dinner. I got to where I could answer the board on WOF within a couple letters or so, so when that game showed up at the house or I bought it (forget completely) I put some hours on it.
