Radio Shack 5-Way Auto Audio/Video Selector
This kind is the best of the eight or so I have tried. Automatic, lots of inputs and outputs, composite looks great. I have yet to find a perfect s video switch box though, this one has slight ghosting but still better then anything i have come across.

I used an RCA VH920 back in the composite/s-video/CRT days. Quality was good (or at least better than the cheap "gaming" switches). IR switching didn't work as most reviews point out.
