Just like the title says.
Are there any Saturn games that are 2 player that require or are better with both the controllers being 3d kind?

The reason i ask is because i had a huge Saturn find today (see finds thread) and now i need to figure out a way to pay for them so i can go to Vegas and find more gems. If it's pointless to have 2 then....

Off the top of my head I can say the Japanese import only Daytona USA Circuit Edition is fantastic with two linked consoles and two 3D controllers.

and this will require confirmation, but I think there is a system link two player battle game on the Christmas NiGHTS disc.

Truth be told, no, not really. I bought two back in the day for just that purpose, and there aren't really any that are muti-player and enhanced significantly by the 3D pad. Enemy Zero supports it, though, and that was in your finds, but it's only one player and just as good w/a d-pad. They make fine extra controller for Bomberman, though.

Oh, and Christmas Nights only supports one player, at least on the US disc.

Double checked to make sure, it'd been awhile.

The saturn 3d controller exists mainly for Nights into Dreams.
I think most games support the use of the 3d analog stick.

I've only used the 3D controller since it was new and to this day. I prefer them over both standard controllers. I have two of them because A. I found the second one at a good price. B. I feel both players having the option for analog is better.

Here is a mostly complete list of supported games (http://segaretro.org/3D_Control_Pad).
Sonic R and Manx TT Superbike are the only easily available US games with 2 player split screen I believe.

as for imports you can get
Touge King The Spirits 2 with splitscreen 2-player
A 1~4 player game I can confirm to be compaitble with the 3D Control pad is Side Pocket 3: 3D Polygon Billiard Game

Steeldom is another system link 2-player game with 3D Control pad support.
