Miniature Sega Megadrive with controller. All Wood Construction

Recently got this with other items such prototype games n so on, Sega Megadrive with controller , All Wood Construction, lot of detail, well done piece, the unit is the size of a adult palm, like I said this came with prototype games, sega video tape with marketing stuff n odd paperwork, so any information on this would be appreaiate.

Maybe the Mega Drive from the Sega History Collection gashapon released a while back?

Edit: Nope. I found a good picture and its smaller and looks like plastic vs. wood.

It looks homemade, maybe an employee was skilled with crafts? Or it's unrelated to the prototypes, if the person selling them was a collector and not a former employee.
