Wow that's nice of them right down to the PDF. I just opened it up, kind of weird really. It's more of a really cool art/history book than anything useful on how to setup weird stuff in that game play. I do not like creepy mario on page 26/27.

Actually, the codes that appear in the white blocks in the images take you to videos showing the designs of those stages. So you start the game's electronic manual, enter any one of those codes, and then you get a video showing the how-to.

Ahh that's what that was...handy. Still without the design tool/game, it's a neat art book.
