So while the Square Enix Web site is once again (temporarily) available, I copied down these prices for you all. This is a really great set of prices for older games like you usually see from SE on Black Friday. I only copied these particular listings down because 1) this is a site for game collectors with the emphasis on retro games, 2) the figurines, merchandise, and music CD's are still too overpriced even with their discounts, 3) this is for PHYSICAL COPIES OF GAMES ONLY, and 4) if you want to see the prices for the downloads, modern games, or anything else, just mosey on over to the SE Web store.

With all that said, here's a little guide to these listings. The first price for any of them is the normal store price. The second is the discount price. If a listing reads, "Waiting List," that means it is sold out. If you sign up for the waiting list, the store will notify you via e-mail when the product is back in stock, but I believe you won't lock in the discounted price, so it's probably better not to deal with it.

But hey, big BIG discounts on classic Square games if you are fast enough to snap them up! These prices would be great for downloadable copies of these games, but for actual physical copies? Thanks for the heads up, I nabbed Tactics Ogre for PSP and Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD for Vita (from what I understand, only FFX is actually on the card while X-2 is a download code which is pretty meh, especially with me having a tiny memory card, but for 8 bucks, I can't complain). I would've grabbed more, but it seems like they're not updating the store very well. Some would show up as available and I could add them to my cart, but then they'd just disappear when I went to checkout. No biggie, though, most of what I was picking out were ports/remakes of games I already own, but these two I managed to get I don't own in any form yet (well, I did have a beat up PS1 copy of Tactics Ogre once upon a time, but I sold it off).

Shipping is pretty pricey if you're only getting one game ($8 for the cheapest option), but it ain't bad if you're loading up.
