Dear Friends and Followers, we're so happy to finally present you the first official Gameplay Video of Monster Boy! Thank you for all your patience while we're still working on the game. Oh what a year it was! We've made a lot of progress on the game but as you know we couldn't make it in 2015 as we want the best possible quality for you. We hope you enjoy the gameplay snippets that you can see in the video and we're so looking forward to 2016! The year in which we can finally release the game to you and have fun together!

That looks really fun actually and honorably to the style of the old games while still modernizing the coat of paint over the top of it. Man I hope this thing gets up on GoG.com or perhaps a physical 3DS release.

So far, Monster Boy has been announced for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

I knew of ps4 and PC, kind of why I threw out there hoping it ends up on GoG and if not maybe they'll make nice with Nintendo so I can have it on 3DS to play wherever.

I've been following this game since I beat The Dragon's Trap a few months ago, and I have to say... that looks WAY improved from when it had the ridiculous title "Monster Boy and the Wizard of Booze." I love the new art style. Here's the old art style, for comparison:
