PSX: Blaze and Blade (Eur)
DS: Tingle's Rosey Rupee Land (Eur) - probably not an RPG but I mean... you did list Shenmue so I figure you're open to interpretation

And probably some Japanese Wizardry games.

My definition of RPG is rather broad Final Lap Twin (TG16) would qualify. Had Blaze and Blade: Eternal Quest on my radar but didn't know about the PS1 version. Not interested in Tingle but I'm making this list because most import only lists focus on region exclusives without regard to language. I would not have expected SAO to have English in the Asian release if I hadn't found out from other SAO fans.

Edit: WOW Finally a series with an identity crisis to compete with Dragon Slayer! I'll add those games later.

Not in English, I plan to get it but I am looking for import only games that have English versions. Those releases are preferable when they exist but no one seems to have bothered to make a list of them.

PS2:
Eternal Quest (EU)

PS3:
Of Orcs and Men (EU)
Hyperdimension Neptunia. Hypercollection. 3 Game Collection (EU)
Tales of Graces F / Tales of Symphonia Chronicles (Compilation, EU)

The games on the two compilation discs were released in the US as stand-alone games, but as compilations they were released in Europe only.

XBox360:
Of Orcs and Men (EU)

PC:
Of Orcs and Men (EU)

PSVita:
Sword Art Online ~Hollow Fragment~ (HK)

Believe me, you will NOT regret getting the engrish translated version. It's literally to DIE for! With all of it's "Penetrations" and "Black man assaulting that maid"s, it'll leave you with hours of entertainment over the proper english version.

Also, I see that you've some of the Tales of games in the list. Might I suggest the Narikiri Dungeon and Tales of the World games perchance?
There is one Narikiri game for the PSP and 2 for the GBA, three of which never made it over in english.
Then as for TotW, only the first game out out at all, leaving the last two sequels.

There are a number of Vita games that got physical releases (in English) outside of the US (while the US either didn't get them at all or only digitally), but I'm not sure how many RPGs are among them. There's Moe Chronicle at least. Only came out in Japan and Asia, and the Asian version has an English translation. Very fanservice-y game but supposedly a decent dungeon crawler.

Wizardry: Llylgamyn Saga (PS1 and Saturn) and Wizardry: New Age of Llylgamyn (PS1) are Japanese games, but have an option to change most of the text into English.

This.... is pretty odd.

iirc, wasn't Wizardry a Western RPG to begin with? Why in the world did it have Japanese exclusives?

Well, Llylgamyn Saga is just a compilation of the first three Wizardry games and New Age of Llylgamyn is the third and fourth. I guess since there were already English versions, it wasn't difficult to have that option. New Age does include an enhanced version of Wizardry IV that can only be played in Japanese though.

Wizardry did become somewhat popular in Japan and they got a bunch of console ports that we didn't get here. There are also a bunch of Japanese spinoffs we didn't get either. If I'm not mistaken, the only spinoffs that have been translated into English are Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land and Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls.

I knew I forgot a vita game, that is what happens when you do this at 2AM.

Oh wait... you're missing the SMS European exclusives

Ultima IV: Quest of the Avatar (MUCH different than the NES version)
Dragon Crystal

and talking about series with an identity crisis: Wonder Boy Monster Lair (Eur Megadrive) - although this particular entry in the series is a shooter/platformer. So whether you want it depends on how you feel about RPG spin-off games.

Nice list. It's the kind of stuff I'm always on the look out for.
Amazon has Deception IV ~Nightmare Princess~ (Asia) on the PS4, so it's not really import only anymore.
As someone who occasionally buys import games, only to see them localized a bit later, I know the pain. LOL

New Little Kings Story Game for the Vita in the EU is part sequel, part remake of the Wii Little Kings Story game.

Deception IV: Blood Ties got a physical US release on Vita, Deception IV: The Nightmare Princess didn't.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth can be added to the Vita list. Though I believe the PS4 version is getting a physical print run in the US. I'd be interested in knowing which games are exclusively available physically in English as an import, and not available in the US in physical form on another platform.

One thing to note about the PSP version of Eternia is that there is a glitch that happens in Volt's level where you can't progress. I didn't have that problem on my playthrough, but it is something to be mindful of. I've heard that it was fixed in later releases, but I'm not sure.

Fullmetal Alchemist 3: Kami o Tsugu Shojo on PS2 is a decent game if you enjoyed the first two. Also, if you like Yu Yu Hakusho, I'd recommend getting Yu Yu Hakusho Forever on PS2. It's like they took Dark Tournament and made it better.

Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle on PS3 is also good. It's similar to Dynasty Warriors in a way.

I am fully aware of the debate on whether or not the Deception series should be considered an RPG. For this discussion it will be considered an RPG. If a reasonable gamer could consider it to be an RPG I will too while writing this list.

Thank you for reminding me about the volt glitch. I got mine a month after release and mine was good, if yours has update 2.50 or later on disc you are good
Fullmetal Alchemist 3: Kami o Tsugu Shojo is Japanese only.
Yu Yu Hakusho Forever is Japanese only and is to my knowledge not an RPG.
Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle is a difficult call but will be on the list.
This list is for RPGs that have English physical releases but not in the USA this list may be expanded to include other genres though.
