If something, say a console, was purchased NEW and fulfilled by Amazon from a Third Party Vendor, will it too have the original manufacturer Warranty?

For example.

-Brand New Xbox 360 Console from "KIRBY ENTERPRISES".
-The console will be fulfilled by Amazon for "KIRBY ENTERPRISES".
-Prime eligible
-Console arrives, working ok.
-Before years end, the system goes kaput due to "normal use".
-Console under warranty...or is it?

I know if it was sold directly from Amazon, it has warranty from the manufacturer. But what about "KIRBY ENTERPRISES"?

If it was purchased brand new and unused, all warranty rights are transferred to you as the end user from the manufacturer. You must follow all applicable terms, such as any required registration and compliance with hardware instructions for normal use and the end user license agreement.

I thought that too, but there are companies that, if it wasn't Amazon themselves (directly), they will not honor the warranty. Which is awful, since I could have had 6 months zero finance on the unit...
