RARE?? 1080 Avalanche 2 Disc Snow Sessions Nintendo GameCube

Hey,
Its been a while since I've been on here. Last time I posted something it was about an original XbOX Debug kit I came across. This time I need some help. I am a avid video game collector/dealer, I absolutely love what I do. I got a little of everything but recently found something I've never seen before. I went to a yard sale this past weekend and came across a copy of 1080 Avalanche for Nintendo GameCube. However this copy is the limited edition 2-Disc set with the rare bonus DVD. I literally can't find ANY of these games anywhere. I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how much one of these would be worth. Is it the normal, instead of $10, its worth $30 because its the limited edition or did I find a gem that I'll never see again if I sell it. Please let me know. THANKS! Y'all are the best!
