View Full Version : Pokemon Go - Can we trade online?
So it's been out for several hours. What do you guys think of it?
I think it's pretty fun so far. The more I try it, the more Pokemon I wanna catch. I plan on traveling today and hopefully catching more.
P.S. Does anyone know how to grade yet?

I want to know more, probably should download it, but I saw it was free.
Nothing much from corporations are ever free, it has microtransactions, but are they required or just encouraged? I know they're selling the wrist watch bluetooth that vibrates when a pokemon is near by, is that how they cover it?

The only thing I do know is apparently the devs are aware that using the app makes the battery drain very fast compared to other apps. Why they released it in that state is beyond me, you'd think they'd test this sh*t, but this is the next gen of gaming, they don't test anything and expect people to pay out the a** and refuse to give a refund when it comes out. Not Pokemon, but games like Assassin's Creed Unity for example.

That's rough, I'd probably find just opening it when you want to would help, but if it is always active you're screwed. But you're right, that is games now on a closed environment. Release a beta, let the guinea pigs find the problems, then patch whenever is convenient.

Yeah; there's way too many bugs and server problems right now. It's in a playable but almost feels like an alpha build.

Either there's cross dressing in Pokemon Sun and Moon or she's got some Pokeballs in her pocket.

Im playing Go also and having a blast. The gyms and pokestop locations are culled from a previous game by the company, Ingress. Trading and battling with friends and group battles aren't implimented yet. only battling is the real-time tap smashing at gyms. it's only the first gen 150 for now, the 3 legendaries will likely be part of an event later. End of the year we may get gen 2 Johto. Team Valor btw.

No Pokemon would make this game forgettable. The people going ape shit over Pokemon Go wouldn't give two shits about this other game whether they tried it out or not. Just throwing some truth fact out here.

New update. The tracking is still broken but disabled. Cleaned up how to transfer pokemon too. Also some stuff is coming out regarding breeding and the Gen 2 pokemon.

I'm just happy they finally fixed the servers. Game was almost unplayable when it first came out. It's pretty good now, though taking the tracking out did suck.
I assume they couldn't figure out how to fix it so they just removed it for the time being to try some other stuff.
