In light of recent spammer activity, we recommend that you please take the following precautions:

1) Change your password.

2) Check your account's profile fields for any strange text and remove any abnormalities.

All of the forum's server software has been upgraded to the newest revisions, so whatever bug(s) the spammers used should not be there any more. However, there are no complete guarantees, only likelihoods. Therefore, please report any problematic posts or new spam in this thread.

For now this thread will be placed in Classic Gaming to garner the most attention, this being the most popular sub-forum and all. Once things settle, this thread will be moved to Off Topic.

Something odd that I noticed when I looked at that poster's history is that he had been a member since 2005 or so with only about 40 posts, and no posts for about 10 years.
Not only was his username suggestive but one of his old posts mentioned someone complaining about his avatar pic being offensive.
His first post after like 12 years was in that now-deleted "Webcams with Hot Chicks" thread which was obviously a joke

I assume his account was hacked, but i really wonder if some combination of that thread title and his username lured a bot over here.
