Wii are Still Alive: Just Dance 2018 Announced for Wii

Just Dance 2018 will be released this October for Nintendo Switch, Wii U, and Wii. It looks like Wii collectors have one more game they'll need for a 100% complete collection!

We used to wonder if the last game on a console would be a sports game.
Now it's Just Dance.

This makes me wonder about the market. Just like the end of the PS2 with never ending guitar games, an over saturation of the dance games. Cheap to chop out another game of the same basic coding? Good that another Wii game came out, a given though that not a big investment due to two generations older system. Too bad not an innovative different game.

But sadly it sells because the people that don't use their brain and refuse to understand that technology changes over time and even though they want new games refuse to buy a new system because "why should they" will gobble up anything that comes out for a system that's now 2 generations behind

I guess if they think it will sell, they will make it. I think the target audience is wal-mart shoppers.

It's somehow ok to buy new books using technology that's hundreds of years old, but wanting new experiences by playing new video games using technology older than 5 years is brainless. I think that view is a bit odd.
