WTB: Negaduck Funko Pop Vynil

My brother is searching for someone who has access to either the Negaduck Funko Pop, which was recently released. Supposedly, it can only be found in Comic book shops or similar stores. Here in PR, it is a no go.

Yes, he can get it on Ebay, but shipping is rape and scalpers abound.

If anyone can help me, that would be great!
