Soul Blazer SNES Weird PCB Chips Legit?

Received this Soul Blazer yesterday. PCB looks real enough, the Toshiba and Nintendo chips are definitely fine and pin counts are corrcect. I cannot find a picture of this PCB with the Panasonic chip anywhere. Anyone have this same PCB for this game or deem it legit?
