XBox One X DevKit value?

Anybody have a ballpark of what one of these is worth right now? I'm thinking of picking one up to either keep or resell and I don't want to overpay.

I couldn't imagine paying anything more than $100 over what a new xbox one x costs

xbox stuff in general is a risk if your collecting for value I've noticed over the years so buy with caution
