I saw a couple Youtubers showing them off. I suppose some might really like them but Id rather have a case made in 1994 with a couple cracks in it than one made in 2019 that is immaculate

What do you guys think?

If they're identical, I couldn't care less what year they were made in.

I got a "new" case with my copy of limited run game Cosmic Star Heroine CE. I can tell you that they do not feel the same as the originals. I like the cases that LRG made, but if I were buying an original sega CD or saturn game, and it came in one of those cases, I'd know right away that it wasn't original. Not sure I'd want replacement cases unless they were exactly identical to the originals.
