Product registration card for NTSC Saturn?

My Dreamcast came with a product registration card with a serial number on it. I am wanting to know if the Saturn had a similar card or any other material with it that contained a serial number. I looked at eBay listings but Im not really seeing anything that specifies what kind of paperwork comes with the console.

Well I want a US one but I am curious about both regions I suppose

Both the Japanese and US Saturn consoles had registration cards. I don't know if they were shipped throughout the entire lifetime, but there were US and Japanese registration cards that needed to be mailed in. They can be had for dirt cheap these days.
