Disc is in very good condition. I've tested the disc on a region free SEGA Dreamcast and it is in working order. Unless your SEGA Dreamcast is already region free or you own a Utopia Boot disc to make your SEGA Dreamcast region free, it will only work on a NTSC-J SEGA Dreamcast.
