For me, probably Sonic The Hedgehog 1. If we are including SEGA Game Gear (4) and Genesis / Mega Drive (12), that is probably a total of 16 issues of the game/s including legitimate tangible and legit digital copies. That number includes compilations and mini consoles. This does not include sequels.

Years ago I was being pressured by the owner of a pawn shop who was really trying to get me to buy a big box of Atari cartridges. I only wanted one or two games, but he kept up the hard sell to get me to buy all of them, even though about three-fourths of the large box were copies of Combat. I didn't buy anything. I already had maybe ten copies of Combat, I certainly didn't need more.

I probably have three copies of SNES Wario's Woods and three SNES Tetris 2. At least with Tetris 2, I got two manual variants I was able to scan for preservation (though I think I only scanned the pages with minor differences).
That reminds I also scanned the manuals for Y's V and Y's V Expert for the Super Famicom. Found out the only difference I believe was the cover. Definitely not worth it to buy a complete copy of Expert if you're into buying SFC RPGs.

Probably over the course of my life it was Super Mario Bros. I have Super Mario Bros. Deluxe for the Gameboy Color and 2-3 copies of the NES version.

Not that many now that I think of it.

I have 2 copies of Combat for the Atari 2600.

I have Super Mario Bros. for NES on both the 2-in-1 with Duck Hunt and the 3-in-1 with Duck Hunt and World Class Track Meet, as well as Super Mario All-Stars.

I have The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time as the original N64 cart, on the Gamecube as The Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition, again on the Gamecube as Ocarina of Time + Master Quest, and the 3DS remake.
