Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound is a future 2D side scroller set in the Ninja Gaiden franchise. It's being developed by The Game Kitchen, creators of Blasphemous, and published by Dotemu, known for their work with Streets of Rage 4, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, and Metal Slug Tactics.

The game was announced in December 12th, 2024, at the start of The Game Awards 2024. The release day is set for summertime 2025.

Players take control of a young ninja named Kenji Mozu who must defend Hayabusa Village while Ryu Hayabusa is gone.
