Not much, the game is to hard for most people to figure out.
I'd say $10-15....but check ebay and see
Now if you had a Tetris DX sealed or even regular tetris it would be worth more.

on ebay the game is 10-20 loose or with manual, 30 complete, so if you hit a good day you might get 50

Have you tried Neo Demiforce's Drymouth (freeware GBC game)?
