I'm having a problem with a seller.
I bought a Game.Com from him with some games. I paid for it right away Via Paypal.
I got a package about 2 weeks later from the seller. Inside was a used/dirty cellphone with accessories. :roll:
This happened to me another time with a different seller, and it's annoying as hell.
So, I e-mailed him and explain how he switched 2 packages. He e-mailed me back asking me to send it back to him and he'd have the other guy do the same so we could switch. He said he'd re-imburse the shipping charge. I should have asked for a refund, but oh well.
So, I do that and I got my item about 2 weeks ago. It took a quite a long time to get it and this seller doesn't answer his e-mails very well.
To make a long story short, he refuses to respond to my requests for a shipping refund. :angry:
It's only like $7 but it annoys me.
Can I do anything about this?
