Has anyone used SquareTrade?

I'm still trying to contact the seller of this EBay auction:

If the seller was a lowlife I would have have filed a complaint with EBay and left negative feedback a long time ago. But what I don't understand is that he gets regular and recent good feedback. I don't understand what happened here with my auction.

A friend told me about this squaretrade.com site, so I just went there and did the 'paperwork' and asked for a mediator (who does'nt charge unless a resolution is made).

I just wonder if it's worth my time.

I've used it a few times myself. I can't guarantee that the same will happen for you but in both times I've used it the seller has usually been co-operative and things have been sorted out.

You lucked out then the 2 times I tryed it it fixed not a darned thing, infact the second time I was told some nonsense that if I payed them they would get a live representive or something to get on the case. :roll: how nice of them huh

UGH, I HATE Squaretrade...

It MIGHT Scare the seller into shipping, but HIGHLY doubtful. If the seller replies on their website even ONCE, it just get's "tied up" for an indefinite amount of time, rendering it completely useless.
