Hey everyone, start checking out your local Toys R Us. I stopped into the one in Flint, MI today and picked up some pretty old stuff. Most of their clearence items were going for $1-3 and located in the entry way.

Anyhow, I found a Pico game for $3, original Tomb Raider movies figures for $1, Sailor Moon Luna Sphere for $3 (eBaying these things before Xmas, SM fans are still nuts I believe :evil laugh: )

Anyhow, there were other goodies located in the R-Zone too but they were mostly GBC stuff and some GBA games for $10

I've found that urban areas (and suburban areas outside the major cities) rarely have those kids of deals. It seems that either there isn't any cheap stuff (it all sold), or they ship it out to some other store, or the cheap stuff goes so fast that you pretty much have to work there to get the deal.

I know that they have special "KB ToyWorks" stores around here (DE) that carry ONLY cheap stuff like that.

mmm, tell you about urban areas and toystores- my TRU arent gonna have any small goodies loose near the entryway, city kids are the boldest shoplifters. hell you cant even find a gaming magazine with the demo disc attached around here, lil bastards!

It's not just there... I was at KB last year and saw a kid grab a stack of PS2 games, run out the door, into a waiting car that sped off. I was like DAMN... that wasn't shoplifting, that was a heist.
