I just ran into this game at my local Gamestop and hadn't heard a thing about it previously. Has anyone tried it out yet and are there any local reviews

I hear this game is impossible to find in stores

As with most Atlus games they are not made in a large supply

grab one while you can 8-)

Basically if you like srpg's get it (and since Atlus was never known for large print runs, get it as soon as you can).

And a movie (17.6 meg) (http://movies.rpgamer.com/other/ps2/md/mdmov1.mpg)

My Gamestop has been sold out of that game three times over. I've been wanting it myself, and ended up driving to another store to get it. I'm ususally not into those types of games, but it looks intriguing and the art style is cool.

Word is it's a hell of a game for the hardcore. I should have a copy soon. The EBs in town here (FOUR of them) only got enough for preorders and one shelf copy...they were sold out before I knew it was out, and they said they probably won't get much in the way of restocks. It's a VERY complex strategy/RPG too. In fact, to level up your items, you enter this "item world" and go INSIDE the items where there are dungeons and you fight your way through to level up the items! With how many items are in a standard RPG, this is a LOT of extra stuff!

really, my best buy had about 20 of them. I've also been thinking of picking it up

Don't forget VGF! (http://ps.vgf.com/reviews/disgaea/index.htm) Atlus was kind enough to send us a copy too. :)
