I'm going to do this to my game room (currently a WIP) except I'll cut templates and paint them on the wall myself. :D

Oh, I'm sure if you were good at painting and stenciling, you could make up some of your own....
You know, paint an entire wall black throw a few circle stencils up and paint.... VIOLA... instant pac man maze.
I agree they are a bit pricey, then again these are really basic things so it shouldn't be too hard for most folks to create on their own, right? IMO you're paying for simple convenience.

The example they have it's not a full screen - full game representation of space invaders. It's a few basic SI elements that artfully uses that wall space and coveys the game very well.(The bunkers were destroyed!)
I could imagine many games being done in a similar way, centipede, galaga, joust, and yes... pac man - mrs. pac man.
Achika is right you could pay for the conveinience they offer or create your own templates for just about any game you want from the old 8 bit era.

That's awesome. But I'm with Achika. A few stencils and badda bing.
Now I have incentive to paint my office.

We've got those on the wall at work.
...of course being a game studio, it's kind of a requirement to have something like that.

The walls of my gameroom are that crappy compressed wood chip wood, whatever that's called. Makes it a pain in the ass to paint anything onto it (it took three coats of white to get just the walls done).
What I've started doing is collecting pictures of classic video game characters. I'm going to use my projector to project them onto another piece of wood, paint them, cut them out, and hang them on the wall in my arcade. Sounds like a lot of work but it's not really that bad, and if I ever move I can take the characters with me (god knows why).
