Well, it seems like this is Capcom's week. Now, they've announced that they will be releasing Hyper Street Fighter II X for the PlayStation 2 this December in Japan. Almost nothing is known about the content of the game.

As we've talked about before on this forum, this is Capcom's 15th anniversary of the Street Fighter franchise. So, there will probably be something interesting in this release.

Hyper as in Super Street Fighter 2x?

If so, I already have the CPS2 and DC versions, so this news is CRAP.

Capcom, where's my NEW SF game.

If this turns out to be a new game, (highly doubtful) then :rocker:

If this ends up being something like Super SF2 Turbo with Alpha and sf3 characters, it's gonna be the gooniest game ever.

Hyper Fighting was still better, if you ask me. Super bars and tech throws hurt the gameplay, in my view.

Here's an idea, capcom: In order to celebrate 15yrs of Street Fighter, how about transforming that craptacular SF1 into something playable?
