Two questions.

2. Can this system do anything else. I know it does Genesis and Sega CD games , but anything else? Like VCD , Master system,etc ?

1) yes, if it works.
2) To my knowledge this is essentially the same as the Sega CDX, a combination Genesis/SegaCD and can do anything those two systems can and nothing more. I don't believe the power base convertor will work with it either.

I think it's capable of doing some Karoke too, bu that could be imagined...

I saw one that said it came with a Karaoke disc , so you might be right.

I thought it had some sort of fancy MIDI capabilities.
