WANTED: n64 Harvest Moon

First of all, why is this game so much more expensive than the rest of the n64 library? Second of all, I'm looking for a complete copy. Trade list:

It is? Why? :/ I realize Harvest Moon is something of an acquired taste, but I don't get why it would be more expensive.

By the way, I'd look it up in the rarity list, but I'm housesitting and I can't open the PDF without downloading Acrobat. And I don't wanna do that on a PC that's not mine...

It's a 5... there's nothing in the rarity list for n64 rarer than a 5 unless it's changed the last time I looked. I see complete copies on ebay upwards of $50 for some reason, though, which is way more than nearly any other n64 game.
