Getting a magicard complete in box for the genesis (along with a bunch of other stuff) couldn't find any info on it, Im guessing its a converter/game action replay type item, was wondering if anyone else has one of these and its functions, it's not coming for a few days...kinda anxious, thanks

If you're lucky, it'll actually be for the Atari 2600, instead of the Genesis.
That being said, I don't know what that item (if truly for the Genesis) is.
