New.
No box.
No required manual.
Clearly been used.

Oh...its "like new"....but not...

But don't forget to pay for the required hefty non-official insurance policy!

LOL LOL LOL LOL i was thinking the same thing. figured it was my post, and i didn't even recognize the guy until i saw menard in the email address. i didn't end up too bad off. and as far as new goes, he might not be lying. they were selling large lots of game genies on ebay for about $70.....you would get like 75 game genies. and they were all untested. when the company went under they had boxes of them or something. something like that.......but........what a way to make a living......making roughly $.50 a pop, you can go eat lunch after you sell 20 of them

Could be, but the one in the picture is at least used...(see the grime between the ridges on the tab).

I was actually looking to buy Corpse Killer because I need a cheap 32x CD game for testing purposes.

50 cents was in my ballpark but add on $1 for "insurance" and $5 for shipping and its way out there.

Seriously, what is up with that insurance policy? How does it protect me at all? I give him a dollar and I am protected from what exactly? After seeing that other thread and his feedback, I am confident I will not get anything back at all if something goes awry. And besides, why the hell would I spend twice as much on "insurance" as I am spending on the game?! Last time I checked, insurance should really never exceed 20% of the total purchase.

No sir. Not with a 10 foot pole.

I got suckered into one of those lots. :embarrassed: I bought one when they first started appearing and then they kept appearing for the next year. I now have about 50 here. Anyone looking for a game genie?

I swear there was another thread with this seller in question, but I can't find it right now, and since I don't think anyone came out and said "msam" then it won't come up properly in a search.
