Pretty sure the only 32X CD games are FMV games, that simply use the 32X's superior horsepower to use better quality video compression. That's about it. I'd like to think they could've done more..but they never did.

the only one I have is Corpse Killer. Blah.

They suck, period. Yes, you need both a Sega a Sega CD and a 32X, not to mention a Genesis (of course) to play them, but the entire set-up isn't worth it.

I think the 32X version of Night Trap is the best version of the game -- although the 3DO version is good as well.

And I happen to like the 32X firefighter game -- what was it called?

As gamereviewgod stated - they're CD-based games that require the 32x, Sega CD, and Genesis to play and do nothing more than upgrade the visual clarity of the 5 games (all of which also appear on Sega CD).
