Packy & Marlon SNES, how rare?

I had never seen or heard of this game before except for mention by DP once in his thread for rare SNES games, and I had forgotten about that.

Anyway, I went to a couple of places today and I picked this game up loose for $7 Cdn. I picked it up since I had never known anything about it. So I just wanted to get peoples opinion on how rare it is, and what games it might be compared to in terms of rareness, and a value if you might have any idea.

I am guessing this game is maybe a TRUE rarity. Does anyone else here own this one?

It seems to be a specialized type of game that would not be targeting the general gaming population, it is a medical game, and from the little I seen yesterday, Diabetes specifically ( if I am wrong about that being the sole medical condition, correct me please).

Any other info... ?

Well, I don't know what to tell you about this one. It probably is a bit rare, but how much so, I don't know. I wouldn't mind having it, but I wouldn't pay a lot either.
