View Full Version : PS2 Buffs, come here!
I'm about to trade the following into EB Game World for credit towards a PS2 + Memory Card + Used GTA3
N64 System with 2 Licenced Controllers
PSX System with 1 Licenced Controller
NES System with broken 72 pin connector (they accept it for 10 bucks! )
Bomberman 64 Loose
SSB64 Loose
GCN Games:
SSBM Complete
THPS3 Complete
SA2B Complete
How do you think that is? I get 120 for all of it. Nice, I think. I'm selling my GCN games because I beat them through and through, plus I won't ever collect for the GCN, so there I go! (Keeping GCN for Zelda and such. ;D)

i think youd be better off sellin it on ebay. 120 just doesnt seem like that much.

I think that is about right:
the three GC games should give you about $60 (about $20 each)
PSX and N64 maybe $15-20 each
Broken NES, most places wouldn't bother
two loose N64 games, maybe another $10-20
PSX and N64 stuff just isn't worth that much right now.
Oh and if you are getting a PS2 for a used GTA3, good luck trying to find one, and when you do they are still $40-45. You might want to wait a bit until GTA:Vice comes out since people will probably trade in their GTA3s then.

Heh.
1. Yes, I get about 60 bucks for the GC games.
2. Correct, for the PSX and N64 it is about 20 dollars in total.
3. Broken NES, like I said, is 10 bucks.
4. Loose N64 Games. Heheh. About 20 bucks.
BTW, I found one. It was damn hard, too! I called EBGame World every day, and 2 days ago, they got one in! Thats 45 bucks, but hey, not bad at all. Plus, I know the guy well who works there, so he's gunna give me a 25 persent discount because I bought my PS2 from him. Cha-ching! :D

I would say 'don't do it!! you'll be pissed that you got rid of "insert system here"' but there are soooo many ps1's and n64 out there that by the time your out of college you'll be able to buy them back for the same price.. 10 bones.. as for a broken nes, ehh.. I'd actually get rid of mine to if i wasn't a system collector, the Super 8 is all i use these days anyway, the top loader needs an RF so I don't use it at all.

Seems to me like you're giving up a lot of stuff for a PS2 and one game. As for the broken NES, you can replace the pin connector without too much problem (or almost, as it's firmly inserted into the board).
And a Memory Card! o.o;
BTW, I have two other NES. Might as well make a quick 10 bucks~
