Question about some SNES-game....

I've been playing some snes-emualtor about a year ago and my favorite game was "Undercover Cops".
After some searching in the web I realized that it is a conversion of an arcade game.
I played it on MAME and I was surprised that the SNES version was an almost arcade-perfect conversion! It's the BEST side-scrolling fighter on SNES.Much better than Final Fight 1-3 or any other.
So I thought to myself: "Yeah,I have to get the card"........but NO WAY.
After searching one year(!!) through the web and through "real-life" I found exactly....nothing(exept one review).....no info,no shop,no ebay....argh!
Was this game even released? I played a japanese version of the game on emulator,so could it be that it was released in japan only?

Anyone have an idea were the heck to get(buy) this card?
Has it even someone at home and would sell or trade(I have some jewels in my snes-collection:Art of fighting 2-complete;Hagane-complete;......)it?
Is there a tiny hidden japanese online-store anywhere in the web where to get it?

Any help would be very welcome

I've wanted to play that one for years after seeing a preview in EGM. It never came out in the States, only in Japan as far as I know. Maybe a European release also?
