I'm in Seattle, and there are a couple of places I know of that have imports. There's got to be more than this, however. I know there is a Jillians in Seattle that I've never been to, what have they got? Also, I heard there was a place in Capitol Hill that opened up recently, has anyone been there? Surprisingly, none of the arcades I've been to yet have had F Zero AX! Also, Post the arcades in your area that have import games/Bemani games in them!

Illusionz: http://www.illusionz.com (In Issaquah)
Has most all of the Bemani games, Pop'n'Music, and a ton of other stuff; great place!

Gameworks: http://www.gameworks.com/locations/01_mainpages/loc_seattle.html
Has DDR, Guitarfreaks, and a couple others. Nothing special really, in fact this place is starting to go downhill, most of the classic games have been removed, and not a whole lot of new stuff has come in. Since a lot of the games use projection screens, burn in is becoming an issue also.

Tacoma Narrows Plaza
This place is actually in Tacoma, but it has a huge selection of imports. Guitar freaks linked with Drummania, KeyboardMania, Beatmania 7th mix, 3 DDR machines, Para Para Paradise, Pump (The lame korean DDR ripoff), and Dance Maniacs or somethign (the one with two sensors that you put your hands above or below). It used to be the premier arcade for the area, where machines would appear for testing. now it is mainly a Bemani paradise.

and of course www.ddrfreak.com has their machine locater: http://www.ddrfreak.com/locations/locations.php?zip=98115&radius=20&action=search

Every Gameworks has a Guitar Freaks USA machine.

I can't speak for Seattle, but there's a Para Para Paradise and a Beatmania Complete Mix 2 at Mitsuwa in Arlington Heights, IL.

....that's all I know. ^^;

Does my dorm room full of home versions count? ;-)

Putter's is our local Bemani orgy arcade.
DDR Extreme
DDR 5th Mix
Guitar Freaks 7th Mix (EWWW. Bring back our 6th Mix!)
Drummania 1st Mix (Hey, at least the pads are the best I've ever used.)
Dance Freaks (Korean Dance Maniax)

Now we just have to convince them that the world will end if they don't get a Beatmania III cabinet.

American Fun Center over near Detroit is an orgasm.
DDR Extreme
DDR Max 2
Guitar Freaks 9th Mix
Drummania 8th Mix (Yes, they are linked for Session mode.)
Beatmania III 7th Mix
Beatmania IIDX 8th Style

Blaster's used to be good, but they sold the Beatmania 6th Mix, Para Para Paradise 2nd Mix, and Martial Beat. Plus the Drummania pads are a complete piece of shit. Now it's basically just some DDR machines.

If you like Pump it Up, there are three in Southwest Michigan.
Premiere - Craig's Cruisers in Grand Rapids area
Prex - Kahunaville in Rivertown Mall (Grandville)
Premiere 2 - Video Hits Plus in Kalamazoo

On a side note, there seems to be a lot of GF and DM along Southern Michigan.
