Addicted to games?

Well, I don't play games as much anymore as I used to. Not because I don't like them, but because now I'm a adult and have to do 'adult' things like work and finish my grad degree. :)

But I still can't stop buying games. I have a stack of older games here in my apartment, and many more on ROM I have never played. I'll buy a new game and play it until either I finish it, conquer it, or get bored with it. Then I'm right back out again to buy something used till the next new game comes out.

I probaly spend about $100 a month on games.....and always selling older games on Amazon I won't play anymore. :roll:

Anyone else have this problem? Or is it one? ;)

My girlfriend is out to stop me. A futile gesture. It's not that she doesn't like video games (you should see her everytime a new Final Fantasy comes out), it's just that I don't know when to slow down sometimes. That and it freaks her out when I giggle like a little girl everytime I play Yoshi's Story.

i think mine comes down to having a serious problem. i really really want to play everything i buy......i can't wait for things to come in the mail. and.......in the last $500 i've spent on video game "stuff"......i've only used $200 worth.......and that's 2 consoles/handhelds. i've bought a ton of stuff lately but i've only sat down and played my new GC(sonic mega collection) and my NGPC(bust a move) and other than that......i just don't really have time for it. haven't had time since i started buying tons of stuff. but i usually get 4 months off after christmas.......if schooling doesn't hit me hard around then.....i aim to pack many many hours of gaming into each day :-D

i seriously think i have an issue with gaming and money spending @_@
