ok, last night i won this auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3049084360
and this was the contending bidder, and what he's ever bid on....
http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewBidItems&userid=kpyuen2000+&completed=1&sort=3&all=1&rows=25
doesn't it seem funny that he bids on only 4 id's auctions. and to top it off, they're all in the same place(location) and shipping is outrageous on all of them. and for as many as he has bid on.......he only has a feedback of 12........
i honestly think this guy is jacking up the bid, cuz he didn't bid very much at all. and he didn't wait until the last minute......know what i mean? let me know what you guys think.

He definitely is. I mean hes bid on around 200 items and only has 9 feedback. Very suspicious...

It's partly because he buys from the same people. He actually has 26 feedback but only 9 count.
And he's relatively new . He's only been bidding on things for the last 2 months.
He's probably just cheap and bids for great deals and then gives up . My wife is like that . she'll bid on 300 things a month and wins 1 or 2 because she puts in such low bids. x_x

Check out (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3049084360) the right-click script on the Auction. What a loser.
Death to right-click scripts!

When you right click on the page it will bring up a message:
"The following content and pictures are copyrighted to\nS2S Trading LTD. Any use of the following content is\nstrictly prohibited by international copyright laws.\nYou may not use this content in ANY way prior to\nwritten approval of consent from S2S Trading LTD."
Thats pretty low considering he stole the pictures in the first place. x_x
Right-click scripts annoy me even more than when people put midi-music on auctions

Well, he hasn't taken them down yet. He's got a few more days to do so, before I ask eBay to do it.
MY DAMN COPYRIGHT IS STILL IN 2 OF THE IMAGES.

Which of his auctions have your pictures in them?
How does one go about copyrighting a photo image of a commercial product that they didn't make?

How do you copyright something? As soon as you take it, it's yours. Now, I can sue and get only the amount of money that I would have charged to take the photograph. If I would have sent all the images in to the copyright office along with $30 within 90 days of the first publication, I could sue him for a whole lot more.
A commercial images works the same way as any other image. Wether or not I made the product, isn't relavent. I still took the photograph. When you look through any magazine, and see any ad, those commercial photographers are able to copyright the image they took. Those auctions don't even fall under fair use, since he used the entire thing.
