Alright, these two games are fairly comparable. And both of them even shared the name Adventure at one time, (AD&D used the working title Adventure). To me, they are the first adventure games that I really remember playing on a console. Both games were great sellers for each system, and both are excellent games, but which do you prefer?
Adventure (2600) was programmed by Warren Robinett who also produced other titles for Atari. But, Adventure was undeniably his best.
AD&D (Intellivision) was designed by Tom Laughry who also did some other great games, most notably AD&D Treasure of Tarmin, and Dreadnaught Factor.
