I recently read an article on Lik-Sang about the iQue player in China, and am considering picking one up ($100 for a console with 2 games isn't that bad). But, I know that China uses a PAL signal in TVs. What would be my options for using it in America (I'm open to all options)?

If you have a decent video card (like my Radeon 9200 which I have) you can hook it up to your computer and play it.

I didn't know China uses PAL. Are you sure? I thought they'd use NTSC, cause all those Chinese pirate games are NTSC......

I'm pretty sure. And I think it says so in the article:

correction, li'l buddy (lol). there are PAL pirate carts and such. i made the mistake of having a friend who was visiting pick up a dozen mega joys for me, and 5 of them were PAL format (gyaaaaaaaa!) i managed to sell 3 to folks in the UK over the years, but it looks like i'm stuck with the last two... :/
