Whassat mean? I have a Safari Hunt/Hang On with said Irwin name on the cover and instructions. It's a bilingual cart- Eng/Fr. Clearly Canadian something- but anyone seen these?
It MUST be like a Mr. Boston's Clean Up or whatever that was.

Yup, Irwin distributed the SMS in Canada.

I've got an old Altered Beast cartridge for my Genesis that is stamped by Irwin Electronics. Not actually the cart tho, on the sleeve and most uniquely designed bilingual manual ever (at least on the Genesis)... it's just that, only French & English and it's designed like most Canadian things where the front half is english then you flip it upside down and then the new front half is french.
Other than I've seen just english only tall books or the 6 language wide style books.
