What are they, I've see a lot of people talk about them and how they're the best place to get roms and are much better than web sites. I'm mostly intrested in MAME, SNES and Mega Drive stuff.

First, find out if your service provider allows newsgroup access. Then, go to www.newsbin.com and download newsbin pro. It is very easy to set up providing you have the news access information from your service provider. After that, post back and we'll give you a list of good servers!
