Normally I don't think eBay scams are very funny, but I got a chuckle out of this one this morning. The following is an e-mail I just received.

Dear Sir,
1.I'm realy sorry for droping in like this and taking away your precious time, but please read this verry, verry careffuly.
2.I'm a Belgium Ebay member with a verry good history on Ebay and I sow that you are interested in the item stated in the subject of this email.I have the same item at a special price.
3.Why is it sow special:first because the price is so low you can't refuse and second because i'm selling at this low price because my son got hit by a car in his way home from the market,so i realy need this money.
Thanks for understanding and hope to hear soon from you,if you are intersted or not,and once more thsnks for your time.
Best Regards.Please reply asap.

The item I'm bidding on is a Pac-Man cabinet that has slight water damage, and is local so I won't have to pay for shipping. It's rough, has someone's initials carved into the side, is missing the back panel, and has faded paint. And this guy has one in the same condition!! LOL. Why does a guy living in Belgium who sends his son to the market have a Pac-Man arcade cabinet in the first place? And why is he using a free Russian e-mail address?
