I list Donald Duck Goin Quackers as having been released by Ubisoft and have an Ubisoft part number and UPC. The rarity list says it is by Konami. Could someone please clarify this?

I don't have that game on the DC, but I DO have it on the GBC, and that version was released by UbiSoft (pronounced Yoobi soft FYI).
Sounds like a typo, or some kind of odd publishing deal to me.

Looks like a typo. The US one atleast was published by UBI Soft.
If memory serves me right, the PAL version is also UBI, but is called Quack Attack.
