Utopia problem??

Ok I have some Dreamast Japanese Imports that I've been using Utopia to boot up but last night I tried it on a few other imports and it didn't work (Seventh cross, Pen! and Evolution)

Will it only boot certain import games? Can anyone recommend something that might work?

While having no problems using Utopia boot disc with "backups", I also have some Import games that would not work with the boot discs (either version) and would lock up at around 96% load.
I ended up getting a gameshark and it worked for those games.

I've got a gameshark thing in my controller, maybe I ought to run the disc in it? I just got the DC about 2 months ago but I only get to spend about 1 hr. every 3 or 4 days with it so I'm still learning about it, soory to sound like a noob :)
